As part of a new award to the London NERC DTP from NERC’s Added-Value Activities in Innovation grant, the DTP has organised a number of additional training and networking workshops to develop business and entrepreneurial skills, engage with industrial, commercial and policy end-users, and develop specific skills in collecting, interpreting and commodifying environmental data.

Environmental Data Production and Commodification

The London NERC DTP is hosting a one-week course on Environmental Data Production and Commodification, using facilities at the NERC Airborne Research Facility (ARF) and Field Spectroscopy Facility (FSF), and Rezatec ltd. The course will develop your skills to be able to identify, collect, interpret and commodify environmental data. The course is open to all UK PhD and MSc students whose research would benefit from innovation training in remote sensing.
