#EGG2023: Ecological Genetics Group Annual Meeting 2023
5–7 September 2023
Department of Statistics, University of Oxford
Abstract submission opens until 15 June
Registration opens until 30 June
The Ecological Genetics Group (EGG) is pleased to announce the resumption of our annual meetings and invite people at every stage of their careers to join us in Oxford from 5 to 7 September 2023 for an exciting program of talks and posters.
As the longest running SIG within BES, EGG’s Annual Meeting has long provided a welcoming environment for anyone working at the intersection of ecology and genetics. Over the course of the three-day meeting, you can expect to hear talks that cover a wide variety of organisms both terrestrial and aquatic as well as from any branch within the tree of life. For those who prefer something more interactive, our poster events offer a chance for one-to-one discussion and networking with people at every career stage. Beyond the academic events there will also be ample opportunities for socialising including the (in)famous EGG-head’s Quiz and Conference Dinner. On the final day, we will also visit Wytham Woods, one of the most researched woodlands in the world, to hear about the different exciting projects on the ground.
We look forward to meeting you at #EGG2023.
