We’re Helen and Becky, your UCL Pint of Science coordinators this year.
Pint of Science is a world-wide science festival bringing researchers and the public together in your local pub/café to discuss their scientific discoveries (https://pintofscience.co.uk/about/). Every year it’s a huge success and all universities in London are involved. This year is the 10th anniversary of Pint of Science, and UCL are having a bumper year, hosting 17 events in 6 venues over 3 nights (22-24th May). Last year UCL saw nearly 1000 attendees, and we are hoping to do the same again this year!
Tickets can be found here and will be available from 17th April.
If you aren’t based in London, there are also events in 36 other towns and cities across the UK, as well as 26 countries worldwide. You can find all the information on the Pint of Science website.
