Amazing UCL Conservation Society event **19th November 6 pm**

UCL Conservation Society event co-organised with the British Association of Nature Conservationists (BANC) for their 40th anniversary.

Six speakers, three recently graduated UCL Geography MSc students and three current UK conservation leaders who were former UCL MSc Conservation course students will discuss and debate the current Environmental Crisis with “Old Wisdom and New Energy”.

 

The experienced speakers will be:

Tony Juniper (Head of Natural England)

Stephanie Hilborne (Former Chair of the Wildlife Trusts)

Chris Howe (Current Head of Food & Landscapes for WWF-UK)

 

The young graduate speakers will be:

Lily Unger (former MSc Aquatic Conservation student, current UCL Geography PhD)

Kesella Scott-Somme (former MSc Aquatic Conservation, currently Earthwatch)

Harry Stone (former MSc Aquatic Conservation, current Ecological Consultant and Rewilding journalist)
