We are looking for a small number of doctoral students who are interested in working as ‘navigators’ on UCL’s Global Citizenship Programme https://www.ucl.ac.uk/global-citizenship-programme/ this academic year.
This involves helping students on the different strands of the programme with their small group work and discussions, and assisting strand leaders in running other strand activities.
This year the programme consists of 4 strands, each with introductory activities in November and December 2019, talks, seminars and workshops in the Spring term, a Weekend Challenge on the 21st / 22nd March 2020 (or 1 day workshop for Active Citizenship) and an intensive 1-week Summer School from 8th – 12th June 2020.
Strand leaders are looking for navigators who can help with the strand activities, particularly the Weekend Challenge / 1-day workshop and Summer School.
You will work with the strand leader and their team in helping deliver the programme and ensuring students get the most from their experience.
You will also need to be available between activities to help with the planning.
You can find information about this year’s strands on the programme website: https://www.ucl.ac.uk/global-citizenship-programme/
This is a paid position and is open to home and international students.
If you are interested, please contact Clare Bentall firstname.lastname@example.org or Sandra Lusk email@example.com by 25th November 2019.
Deadline: November 25, 2019
Date: March 21, 2020
