Computational Sciences for the 21st Century

This symposium brings together UCL’s community who use computational science in their research. It is open to researchers from all faculties.

The aspiration to address more complex problems, combining different methodologies, new computational architectures, and changing research policy and funding landscape will influence how computational science will develop in the 21st Century.  Discover UCL’s distinctive multidisciplinary expertise and interactive discussion sessions with our speakers and panels to explore the future of computational sciences by:

  • Solving problems through interdisciplinary collaborations
  • Using machine learning with high performance computing
  • Harnessing new computational architectures and infrastructure
  • Generating impact from computational models beyond academia
  • Understanding research funding and policy landscape

Join us to:

  • Learn from colleagues who apply computational sciences across a wide range of discipline
  • Discuss the latest developments and opportunities in computational sciences with funders
  • Build your UCL network and meet potential collaborators
  • Hear the “Dive into Data Challenge” finalists pitch for their prize
