Public engagement opportunity for environmental researchers
Are you an environmental researcher? Interested how people access and use scientific research? Want to develop your skills and increase the impact of your research?
There are a final few spaces available on the workshops on 18 & 20 July in Penzance (you must be available for both workshops, and priority will be given to those living or working near Penzance).
AccessLabs sees NERC join forces with non-profit organisations the British Science Association (BSA) and FoAM, and is an exciting opportunity for researchers to build new relationships and help those working in their local community to access and use scientific research. The July workshops will see researchers paired with marine industry figures to facilitate conversations about how NERC research can be used by and made accessible for new groups.
If you are interested in getting involved in AccessLab please contact Amber through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Full details of the opportunity are available here.
