PhD Studentships Available for September 2018

The London NERC Doctoral Training Partnership brings together nine of the world’s leading research centres in environmental science. Our partnership provides innovative doctoral training in a multidisciplinary research environment and fosters links between centres of research excellence, spanning NERC’s environmental science remit.

We have five NERC-funded PhD studentships available to start in September 2018:

Solid Earth Dynamics
This theme focuses on understanding the fundamental physical and chemical processes that govern interaction between the deep Earth, surface and atmosphere. The successful candidate will be admitted to the general programme and will select a PhD project at the end of Term 1.
