Research Areas / Subjects of Interest:
Generally, the insurance industry is interested in any advancements in the understanding and quantifying risk associated with extreme events. Much of our research focuses on natural catastrophes, but wider research areas into risks such as terrorism, cyber, and multi-peril events, are also of interest. The WRN aims to derive tangible outputs from the variety of academic projects it supports.
